In 2007, Kyrill was a cyclonic windstorm in Western Europe. The famous cyclonic winds that mixed low pressure with cold air is similar to the process we use to make our hefeweizen. The combination of wheat (weizen) and yeast (hefe), creates a hazy beer with a fast rising storm of foam. Kyrill coats the mouth with flavors of clove and banana and finishes short with low hop bitterness. Keep and serve cold as hail.
